What's Included • Health history and wellness assessment • Personalized peptide education • Customized treatment recommendations • Physician review and medical approval (when appropriate) • Q&A and next-step guidance No prior knowledge of peptides is required. Consultation Fee $50 (Non-Refundable) Your consultation fee will be credited toward your first peptide program if you choose to begin treatment. Before Your Appointment After booking, you'll receive a peptide clearance form to complete before your consultation. Consultation Options Choose the format that works best for you: • Phone • Zoom • In-Person (within 10 miles of ZIP 85295) In-person appointments outside the included travel area may incur a mileage fee. Office Location Appointments can also be scheduled at Kiln, a professional office space in the SanTan Village area of Gilbert, AZ.
