Requesting Your IV Therapy Appointment Thank you for choosing Rest & Rehydrate Mobile IV Therapy. Once we receive your appointment request, we'll review your information and contact you to confirm availability, answer questions, discuss your wellness goals, and finalize your visit. After confirmation, you'll receive your medical intake and consent forms to complete before your appointment so we can review your medical history in advance. You don't need to know exactly which treatment you want before booking. We'll review your symptoms, goals, and medical history together and recommend the option that's most appropriate. Your selected IV, vitamin blend, or add-ons can be adjusted at the time of your appointment if needed. All services are provided under physician oversight and are subject to medical review. Treatments may be modified, postponed, or declined if they are not medically appropriate or safe. Most appointment requests are reviewed and responded to the same day whenever possible. Mobile Service & Travel We proudly provide concierge mobile IV therapy throughout the East Valley and surrounding Phoenix areas. Appointments within 10 miles of ZIP code 85295 are included in our standard service area. Locations beyond this radius are subject to a $2.50 per mile (one-way) travel fee, which will always be discussed before your appointment is confirmed. Group Bookings Travel fees may be waived for groups of 3 or more. Additional minimums, deposits, or customized pricing may apply based on event size and location. Cancellation & Rescheduling Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance may be changed without penalty. Changes made within 24 hours are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Appointments canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled time or after the provider has departed will forfeit the appointment deposit. Fees may be waived for medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances at our discretion. Payment We are a self-pay wellness practice and do not accept medical insurance. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and eligible Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) payment options.
