Rest & Rehydrate Mobile IV Therapy, LLC

These policies are designed to provide transparency, protect appointment availability, and ensure a smooth experience for every client. By booking services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Self-Pay Wellness Services

Rest & Rehydrate Mobile IV Therapy operates as a self-pay wellness service. We do not bill or accept medical insurance. Payment is required at the time of service using approved payment methods.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept cash, major debit and credit cards, HSA/FSA payments, and Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) options when available through our booking platform.

Scheduling & Deposits

Appointments must be booked in advance through our approved scheduling system. Certain services, group bookings, or events may require a deposit to reserve your time. Deposits are applied toward the total service cost unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change. Clients may reschedule with adequate notice prior to their appointment time. Late cancellations, last minute reschedules, or no shows may be subject to a cancellation fee or deposit forfeiture due to reserved medical time and preparation of supplies.

Refund Policy

Due to the medical nature of IV therapy and the preparation of sterile supplies, services that have already been administered are non-refundable. If a client is not medically cleared for treatment upon arrival, credit may be applied toward a future eligible service at provider discretion. Prepaid packages, promotional offers, or gift certificates are non transferable unless otherwise stated.

Mobile Service & Travel Fees

Rest & Rehydrate Mobile IV Therapy provides mobile services throughout the East Valley and surrounding Phoenix areas. Locations beyond 10 miles of 85295 may incur a travel fee of $2.50 per mile. Travel fees are confirmed prior to your appointment.

Medical Screening & Eligibility

All clients must complete required intake forms and a medical screening prior to treatment. Services are provided under medical director oversight and may be adjusted, postponed, or declined if deemed medically inappropriate or unsafe.

Group Bookings, Events & Corporate Services

Event and corporate wellness bookings may have separate policies regarding deposits, minimum service requirements, and travel arrangements. Customized agreements are provided for larger bookings.

Communication

Clients may receive appointment confirmations or service related communication via phone, text, or email. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
